At Colina dos Moutinhos you will find all this and much more. 

Here you can live as if you were the owner of a fantastic farm, but with the advantage of not having to bear 100% of the fixed costs associated with maintaining the space. The Quinta functions as a small coliving farm, a bubble almost autonomous from the beautiful village where it is located. In this space, families from several countries are settled for the long term. Each family has its own private space, but in addition they have unlimited access to all the common areas of the farm. 

On the farm, more than 500 native fruit trees were planted a few years ago, with drip irrigation systems that are now starting to produce their first fruits.  There is plenty of water from a stream on the far west side of the property. You can reserve a plot of land with the area you want, and grow your own vegetables there with free water. It has a herd of more than 40 goats of various breeds, distributed over 3 parks. It has ostriches and dozens of wild mallards that find refuge in the 4 ponds on the property. There are geese and countless chickens that produce fresh eggs daily. You can go hiking on the farm's long trails. Numerous wild animals frequent the space, such as turtle doves, crows and kites.

Situated in a very quiet area with open view to the forest, it benefits from a nice private garden with fruit trees and space to grow your own vegetables. Set in a lush natural amphitheater with wide views leading to a stream at the foot of this hill . Only 20 km to the city of Coimbra and 20 km to the Ocean.

Epona's Garden is a 2200m2 leisure area designed to serve all the inhabitants of this co-living farm. Developed around a centuries-old cork oak that shades a large dining table, it also has a barbecue and a huge wood-fired pizza oven, a volleyball court, a 17m3 swimming pool, an outdoor gym, a chillout pergola with sun loungers, wi-fi, drinking water and a magnificent view of the sunset.

Next to the stream that borders the property, there is also a fourth dining table and a hammock where you can read a book while listening to the cool water flowing between the stones.

 In the North American style stable there are six 3x3m stables where you can keep your horses whenever you want and without paying extra for it.

This space functions as an international micro-community where experiences are shared while ensuring everyone's privacy. Concepts like Yoga, or permaculture, are close subjects. The tenants are mainly foreigners who have decided to retire in Portugal. 

With Energy Class C, it has a wood-burning stove for heating.

A rental contract is established, preferably long term. We request the payment of two advance rent and a security deposit equivalent to  three rents.
