The urbanistic proposal concentrates its implantation in a single area and with a dimension of less than 10% of the total property - 7,6ha, being that the land has an area of 80,3ha.
The buildings have a maximum of 2 floors.

THE SOLUTION ENCOMPASSES:

- Main building at the top of the plot and next to the geodesic marker.

- Rehabilitation of the Santana Chapel and its conversion into restaurant equipment including the creation of a deck/outdoor terrace;

- Set of bungalows of various types, arranged within the defined nuclear structure and deployed taking advantage of the natural contour lines of the land, combined with the sun exposure and views;

- Outdoor leisure area near the reservoir for sports and leisure activities, which will serve as support to the various housing units, and that will have the adjacent ruin rehabilitated to provide the necessary support.
