SPATIUM is a students´ residence located in Covilhã (Portugal), built on 2021 as result of a profound rehabilition of an historical building. It provides high-quality accomodation for it´s residents, who come mainly from University of Beira Interior (UBI), which has more than 8.000 students splitted by 3 campus.
SPATIUM Residence is a “turnkey” business, starting to provide revenues from the day that is bought. That´s a profitable on going business, with a established brand and high demand. The operations are stable and all current structure might keep supporting the business. It generates 6% of annual yield.
