Encontrou! Esta quinta está mesmo junto da cidade de Évora com uma enorme moradia pensada para a vida de uma família no dia-a-dia, ou quem sabe, apenas ao fim-de-semana.

A casa é de facto extremamente espaçosa. É toda disposta em piso único com 262m2 de área total, com quatro quartos, um closet, duas casas de banhos completas, uma enorme sala com lareira e ainda uma generosa sala de jantar. Tem ainda uma garagem para colocar o carro (espaço exterior não falta, mas nunca é demais) e ainda uma divisão que é chamada casa das lavagens, com máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de secar e lava-loiça duplo para se lavar o que se entender. Espaços de arrumação nesta moradia também não vão faltar!


E o espaço exterior em volta da casa?

Se ter uma moradia é sinónimo de gozar dos tempos de descanso, em volta de toda a casa espaços não faltam. Comecemos pela frente, onde tem um alpendre onde pode estar a ler um belo livro, ou quem sabe a contemplar um fantástico pôr-do-sol a contemplar a vista da cidade. Está definida a zona da casa e anexos com zonas em volta jardinadas com relva, canteiro de rosas e algumas árvores e depois uma área mais agrícola onde existem árvores de fruto (macieiras, figueiras, amoreiras, videiras) e ainda outras árvores como oliveiras, freixos ou plátanos. Área para plantar/cultivar não falta e existe ainda uma zona para horta.

How so "huge housing designed for the life of a family?

The house is indeed extremely spacious. It is all arranged on a single floor with 262m2 of total area, with four bedrooms, a closet, two complete bathrooms, a huge living room with fireplace and a generous dining room. It also has a garage to put the car (outdoor space is not lacking, but it never hurts) and also a room that is called the house of washes, with washing machine, dryer and double sink to wash what you want. Storage spaces in this villa will also not be lacking!

What about the outdoor space around the house?

If having a villa is synonymous with enjoying the times of rest, around the whole house spaces are not lacking. Let's start at the front, where there is a porch where you can be reading a beautiful book, or perhaps contemplating a fantastic sunset contemplating the view of the city. At the rear it has as it were a large patio facing the slope where you can enjoy the typical Alentejo landscape.

I noticed that the house has annexes, can you say what they are?

There are two separate annexes of the villa, where it has the support area for gardening and agriculture and other storage and still in the smaller annex the place where it has the water hole of the land with an atypical amount of water in the Alentejo.

So if it's a farm, tell me about the land?

The land has 18.000m2. It is defined the area of the house and annexes with areas around gardens with grass, bed of roses and some trees and then a more agricultural area where there are fruit trees (apple trees, fig trees, mulberry trees, vines) and still other trees such as olive trees, ash trees or plane trees.

Area to plant / cultivate is not lacking and there is also an area for gardening.
