The Quinta, and just talking about the agricultural part, has a huge potential both for the implantation of vineyards since we are in a demarcated area of the Douro, as well as for others such as olive trees, almond trees ect.
It has two dams, one at a higher point where the water comes by gravity and the other next to the mudflats, it also has a borehole and well with a nora and is crossed by a stream.
We can also see two ruins that can be built.
As for the part of the existing buildings, we have: Building with reception, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry and six bedrooms with full bathroom, in the outdoor garden area we find a leisure area with swimming pool.
In the second building we have in the lower part two T1 accommodations which have a kitchen and living room, on the upper floor we find duplex of type V3.
In this building we also have laundry, storage, and a machine room for hot water, making mention that all houses have pellet heating and others and this one also has solar panels.
The third house has a large kitchen with large wood oven, living room and bedroom en suite on the ground floor and kitchen bedroom en suite on the 1st floor.
In all three buildings we have 700m2 of floor space.
