Trata-se de uma moradia totalmente remodelada em que no r/c temos um quarto à direita do hall/corredor de entrada e na nossa frente temos a sala e cozinha em espaço comum, mas em que a sua disposição permite a diferenciação dos espaços muito naturalmente.

Acedemos depois a uma casa de banho, com prato de duche.

O acesso ao piso superior é efetuado por uma escada exterior, onde se situa logo na entrada à esquerda 1 quarto, logo a seguir um outro quarto e uma casa de banho que serve ambos os quartos. Temos neste piso uma pequena área de arrumos.

Do corredor de acesso aos quartos e casa de banho, acede-se a um primeiro terraço, muito agradável, voltado para Sul/Poente, onde se podem disfrutar de refeições e até confeccioná-las com recurso a zona de barbeque a gás. Está protegido dos ventos de Barlavento que sopram com frequência ao final da tarde. Temos por fim um segundo terraço de onde se avista não só a lindissima Ria de Alvor, o Oceano Atlântico e a Serra Algarvia.

Estendendo-se por cerca de 70 km, a costa do Barlavento Algarvio com o seu clima ameno é um destino turístico muito agradável.
O concelho de Portimão é sempre uma alternativa agradável para passar os seus períodos de descanso com excelentes opções de lazer, rica na sua gastronomia, com pessoas afáveis e paisagens naturais deslumbrantes que atraem moradores e turistas quase todo o ano.

Beautiful villa, typology T3 (duplex), in the center of Alvor. Its location allows you to walk to the beach, which is 10/15m away.

It is a completely refurbished villa in which on the ground floor we have a room to the right of the hall / entrance hall and in our front we have the living room and kitchen in common space, but in which its layout allows the differentiation of spaces very naturally.

We then access a bathroom with a shower plate.

Access to the upper floor is via an outdoor staircase, where it is located right at the entrance on the left 1 bedroom, then another bedroom and a bathroom that serves both rooms. We have a small storage area on this floor.

From the corridor of access to the bedrooms and bathroom, access a first terrace, very pleasant, facing south / west, where you can enjoy meals and even make them with resort to gas barbeque area. It is protected from windward winds that blow frequently in the late afternoon. Finally, we have a second terrace from which you can see not only the beautiful Ria de Alvor, the Atlantic Ocean and the Algarve Mountains.
