The house was completely new built in 2014! It is a newbuilt not a renovated house!

We made an extension in the year 2023! One more room and a big roof terrace with 25 qm were created!

It is a corner house and is therefore flooded with light.

The property is located in the old town of Olhão, just 80 meters from the market halls and the ferry terminal.

From here, a beautiful spiral staircase leads to the large roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen and wonderful sea view.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, electric blinds, solar panels for hot water and have a preparation for a central sound system. There is also a gas connection form municipal de Olhão and internet via fibre optics.
