Partindo de um edifício do início do século XX, do qual foi possível conservar a fachada principal, foram reinterpretados alguns dos elementos mais característicos desta construção, trazendo-os para o presente de uma forma nova e inspirada. No exterior, a fachada principal mantém o seu traçado original, ornamentada e revestida com azulejos da antiga Real Fábrica de Sacavém, dando um caracter único ao edifício. Na fachada tardoz manteve-se viva a antiga chaminé em tijolo maciço que serviu noutros tempos a antiga padaria e fábrica de pão da PANIFICADORA DE CAMPOLIDE, que ocupava todo o piso térreo do edifício, testemunhos de um passado que se preservaram no presente.
