Este terreno está localizado na zona da chamada Ribeira de Alte, junto de uma linha de água. O terreno está classificado como rústico em zona agrícola, pertence á Reserva Agrícola Nacional. Desta forma está muito limitada a utilização a dar ao terreno. Apenas a agricultura é permitida em função da fertilidade elevada destes solos. O terreno não tem acesso direto de qualquer estrada. O acesso pedonal é feito pelo terreno do vizinho.

Toda esta zona é essencialmente de campo com algumas residências dispersas. A população residente é já um misto de estrangeiros reformados, com portugueses locais, já com alguma idade na sua grande maioria. As habitações circundantes são típicas de uma arquitetura simples dos anos quarenta, mantendo um ambiente familiar e agradável. A privacidade é uma caraterística destas casas com muito espaço entre as habitações. São frequentes as pequenas aglomerações de habitações em que os residentes são familiares entre si.

Este local é igual a muitos outros que podemos encontrar fora dos meios urbanos das pequenas cidades Algarvias. O tipo de árvores locais como a alfarrobeira, a amendoeira, a figueira e a amendoeira são as espécies mais populares e simultaneamente fonte económica da região. Este recurso teve uma importância fundamental durante o século passado. As trocas económicas, faziam-se valorizando os terrenos com estas árvores em desfavor das terras do litoral junto ás praias, as quais não produziam qualquer rendimento.

Este terreno está a cerca de três quilómetros e meio da aldeia de Paderne e a cerca de treze quilómetros de Albufeira. O Hospital Lusíadas está a treze quilómetros e meio e o Centro de Saúde a doze quilómetros. A farmácia fica em Paderne assim como algum comércio. As praias como a Praia da Galé está a vinte quilómetros.

This land is located in the area of the so-called Ribeira de Alte, next to a water line. The land is classified as rustic in agricultural area, belongs to the National Agricultural Reserve. In this way, the use to be used on the land is very limited. Only agriculture is permitted on the basis of the high fertility of these soils. The land does not have direct access to any road. Pedestrian access is made by the neighbor's land.

This whole area is essentially field with some scattered residences. The resident population is already a mix of retired foreigners, with local Portuguese, already with a large majority of age. The surrounding dwellings are typical of a simple architecture of the forties, maintaining a familiar and pleasant atmosphere. Privacy is a feature of these houses with a lot of space between the dwellings. Small agglomerations of housing in which residents are familiar with each other are frequent.

This place is just like many others that we can find outside the urban environments of the small Algarvias towns. The type of local trees such as the alfarrobeira, the almond tree, the fig tree and the almond tree are the most popular species and simultaneously economic source of the region. This resource has been of fundamental importance over the past century. The economic exchanges were made valuing the land with these trees to the advantage of the land of the coast near the beaches, which produced no income.

This land is about three and a half kilometers from the village of Paderne and about thirteen kilometers from Albufeira. Lusíadas Hospital is 12 and a half kilometres away and the Health Center is 12 kilometres away. The pharmacy is in Paderne as well as some commerce. Beaches such as Galé Beach are 20 kilometres away.
