This represents a slight increase of 2.9% compared to the previous month, which registered an average price of 380,558\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>In April, the district with the greatest percentage variation in price variation in relation to March was <strong>Lisbon<\/strong>, with a growth of 6.3%.<\/p>\n<p>The district with the greatest fall in percentage price variation in comparison to the previous month, was <strong>Castelo Branco<\/strong> with -7.6%, down from 128,450\u20ac to 118,710\u20ac.
