This represents a stabilisation of 1.2% compared to the previous month, which registered an average price of 391,465\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>In May, the district that stands out with the highest percentage price variation compared to April was <strong>Regi\u00e3o Aut\u00f3noma da Madeira<\/strong> with an increase of 4.8%, and 23% compared to May 2021.<\/p>\n<p>In second place is <strong>Faro<\/strong> with a percentage price variation compared to the previous month of 2.6%. <strong>Santar\u00e9m<\/strong>, <strong>Set\u00fabal<\/strong> and <strong>Leiria<\/strong> showed a percentage variation of 2.5%, 2.44% and 2.43% respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The district with the sharpest fall in percentage price variation in comparison to the previous month is <strong>Bragan\u00e7a<\/strong> with -11.3%, down property ads on Imovirtual in May 2022 with the same period last year, there was a 7.8% increase, rising from \u20ac367,201 to \u20ac395,984.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The district with the highest percentage variation was <strong>Set\u00fabal<\/strong> (23.8%), with the average price rising from \u20ac290,235 in the same period last year to \u20ac359,233 in May 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Regi\u00e3o Aut\u00f3noma da Madeira<\/strong> recorded a percentage variation of 23%, rising from 349,926\u20ac to 430,419\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bragan\u00e7a<\/strong> is the district with the largest
