A quinta fica localizada em zona vinhateira do Douro e está rodeada de outras quintas e propriedades. Tem de um dos lados o rio Corgo e do outro a Quinta Horta Osório. Fica perto do miradouro de Santa Bárbara, na zona da Cumieira, em Santa Marta de Penaguião.
